Atlas and his dog Charlie are both locked into proximity-triggered collar devices that restrict their movements. Under constant surveillance, Atlas is forced to maintain a rigorous and isolated farming schedule. One day, Charlie breaks free from his leash and we come to understand the tragic consequences of breaching the perimeter.
