Plus, exploring the Scottish island of Eriskay, which is just three miles long and one and a half miles wide, as well as the small island of Flat Holm, located just five miles outside Cardiff.
All four nations of the UK feature in this edition, with cameras touring the tiny island of Easdale in the Inner Hebrides, Northern Ireland's largest inhabited island, Rathlin, and the Isles of Scilly. Plus, the Welsh island of Bardsey makes an appearance.
On Fair Isle - halfway between Orkney and Shetland - we meet jumper knitter Marie. And we visit the uniquely beautiful Abbey Gardens on the Isles of Scilly and the minute, uninhabited Cockle Island.
